I help people discover themselves through Human Design and essential oils. I support them in understanding their emotions, why they experience the world the way they do, and I assist them with their healing journey physically, emotionally, and mentally. I work primarily with neurodivergent people so they can understand themselves and how they interact with the world better.
As an autistic 4/6 Emotional Generator (this is my Human Design), I’m able to guide and educate from my vast personal and professional experiences and learnings.
With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, I’m sought out for my specialist procurement, contract, and process management skills. With meticulous attention to detail and a hunger to understand things and research the root cause of a situation, it was these skills that paved the way for solutions when my health was failing; a combination of auto-immune conditions, surgeries, traumas, and grief that left me burnt out, and needing to be my own rescuer.
This led me to embark on a journey of self-discovery, education, forgiveness, and healing, resulting in being pharmaceutical free since 2017 (after being told repeatedly I’d be on them for life).
Discovering I’m autistic in my late 30s in a public setting was both liberating and traumatic – it explained SO MUCH about my life, but the ugly-crying in a conference room among strangers was not fun. After the shell-shocked feeling dissipated, I could start slowly becoming reunited with who I’ve always been underneath the stories, conditioning and trauma of my life and generations before me.
Through my 1-on-1 readings and private group settings, I am committed to helping you find the deep-seated reason for what you are experiencing. With tools, including Human Design, essential oils, and my guidance taking you from confusion to clarity, from chaos to calm; to remembering who you always were, permission to show up as you are, and live a better quality of life.
I love colours, textures, and patterns – you’ll find me gazing at them during nature-based home-schooling adventures with my youngest children, and creating them in quilts, gifts and household décor using my sewing and 6-needle embroidery machines.
